Formula :
A. Helping Verb [ With Example ]
(+) S + V² + O = I Was a Teacher
(?) V² + S + O = Was I a Teacher ?
(-) S + V² + Not + O = I Was not a Teacher
B. Full Verb [ With Example ]
(+) S + V² + O = She Drew an Apple
(?) Did + S + V¹ + O = Did She Draw an Apple?
(-) S + did + not + V¹ + O = She Did not Draw an Apple
Notes :
Keterangan waktu yang biasa dipakai adalah yesterday ( kemarin ) , last ( lalu ) , dan ago ( lalu ).
Untuk V² dibagi menjadi 2 jenis yaitu :
1) Regular Verbs ( Kata Kerja Beraturan )
Catatan : adding "d" or "ed"
- Open = Opened
- Study = Studied
2. Irregular Verbs ( Kata Kerja Non Beraturan )
Catatan : not adding "d" or "ed"
- Draw = Drew
- Go = Went
Untuk membaca V² yang berakhiran "ed" pada kata kerja Regular Verbs adalah dengan cara menekan ujung lidah tanpa harus dikeluarkan/membunyikannya secara jelas.
Pembahasan:
